I am a Clinical psychologist dedicated to exploring and guiding the journey of human transformation. I believe that change is both a challenge and a profound opportunity—one that requires courage, insight, and the right support. Change is not simply about willpower; it is about understanding the deeper forces that shape our thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. Whether we seek growth in our personal lives, relationships, or professional paths, true transformation comes from self-awareness, adaptability, and a willingness to confront discomfort.

Every individual has an innate drive to evolve, but this drive is often hindered by fear, uncertainty, or past experiences. Growth flourishes when we align our values with our actions, build resilience in the face of setbacks, and embrace the discomfort that comes with stepping outside our comfort zones. The human spirit thrives on purpose, connection, and contribution. I believe in empowering people to discover what fuels them—whether it's creativity, service, or a sense of belonging—and in providing the psychological tools to sustain motivation and overcome self-doubt.

Whether you’re seeking guidance in personal growth, professional development, or navigating major life transitions, my approach integrates evidence-based psychology with a deep respect for the complexity of human experience. Together, we can identify your goals, understand your unique challenges, and develop actionable steps to move forward.

Change begins with a single step. Let’s take that step together.

Psychology Qualifications and Work Experience

I studied my Bachelor’s and Honours degree in Psychological Counselling through UNISA.  I completed my Masters in Social Science at University of KwaZulu Natal.  MY Clinical Psychology Internship was completed at the Valkenberg Psychiatric Hospital, and Groote Schuur Hospital in the Western Cape, and my community service year was completed at the Sizwe Tropical Diseases Hospital in Gauteng. I have a long corporate history before becoming a psychologist, and I have worked in the banking, consulting, and printing industries, and have extensive experience in the Change Management field, doing group facilitation for Agile teams, facilitating Servant Leadership programmes and working with individuals and groups who are experiencing work-related difficulties.

Personally, I really enjoy walking my own self development path - I utilise meditation and being outdoors as a means of growth.

The most basic of all human needs is the need to understand and be understood. The best way to understand people is to listen to them
